Celina Duffy

Celina Taganas Duffy is founder and CEO of Tagline Communications, a creative agency specializing in brand strategy, graphic design, advertising, and website development.

For over 25 years, she has led impactful, visual communications projects for the City of Los Angeles, Smithsonian Institution, The White House, USC Pacific Asia Museum, Roy & Patricia Disney Family Foundation, Epson, Hilton, Deluxe Media, Picture Shop, and Starwood Resorts, among others. Deeply committed to community service, Celina has spent the last few decades voluteering, supporting, and working with Filipino organizations such as FASGI, FilAm Arts, FPAC, SIPA, FAHNS, LACFAEA, Philippine Consulate General LA, HiFi Coalition, and Pilipino Workers Center for Stop Asian Hate. She has been recognized by several public agencies and officials for her contributions.

In addition to her professional and philanthropic work, Celina is one of the few prominent women instructors in Filipino Martial Arts, and has been featured in numerous interviews, seminars, podcasts, and publications.
